My heart goes out to everyone who was affected by the terrible terrorist attacks on 9/11 2021. I just want to take the time to acknowledge the anniversary of that terrible event...and send a heartfelt prayer up for all who are listening who are still carrying pain from that terrible day in history (of course we as Americans are burdened by the events of that day even if we didn't know anyone personally who was involved in the catastrophic wake of damage caused that day, we will forever hold in our hearts memories of that day, and prayers for everyone affected by it).

So often in the Christian church we are treated in ways that can be confusing, hear sermons that are not theologically sound, and experience hurtful interactions with other believers who are immature, unsanctified, and self-seeking.
In this episode I cover an overview of what it's like to undergo the difficulties we walk as Christ followers, as opposed to overcoming them in a way the western church so often leads us to believe we should.
This episode is a bit like an introduction to a few other episodes that'll be published soon, covering some more of these issues in greater detail.
